The Aluminum Scrambler is Jeff's top of the line custom build to show off his talents and all the capabilities of the Shop. It starts off with a modified all aluminum tub with custom made front fenders. All the steel parts, which include the frame, roll bar, springs, axles and virtually anything else under the Jeep is powder coated in a black vein coating that really stands out. The dash is scalloped, anodized, clear coated, and has a beautiful blue color with all autometer gauges. The seats are Talladega wide ride air suspension seats with suspension cradles. The tranny has a custom Aerospace shifter with a twin stick shifter for the transfer case. Jeff built a custom billet aluminum switch panel, a one of a kind Aerospace grab handle on the dash, a hand made stainless steel steering shaft, and Bundik Stiletto steering wheel. All these features on the Scrambler make this one of the most amazing trucks you'll ever see.

The guts behind this beast are even more impressive and make this a completely functional truck on the road or the trail. The motor is a LT1 corvette motor with worked heads and throttle body modifications that put out about 450 horsepower. The transmission is a TCI turbo 400 with an advanced adapter's Atlas 2 transfer case. There is a AGR hydraulic assist to aid in steering. The front axle is a high pinion Dana 60 with 4.56 gears and a ARB air locker. The rear is a custom reverse rotation Dana 60 with 4.56 gears and ARB air locker. Both axles have LPW differential covers and disc brakes. The drive shafts are Tom Woods front and rear and are powder coated as well. Jeff built a completely unique exhaust with Aerospace custom hangers. There is a aeromotive high pressure fuel system with a 30 gallon across the bed racing style fuel cell tank. To put power to the ground we have 42 inch Super Swamper Irock's with Weld stone crusher rims.

This vehicle represents all the capabilities of the Jeepyard and the custom work that we can do on our trucks. Ultimately this show truck will be used to give customers ideals and dreams of what they might want done to their own vehicles.
